Ordering and Delivery
When will my order ship?
Your Order will Ship Same Day if it is placed before 3PM M-F for in stock items.
Quoted Orders, please allow 1-3 Business Days for Handling.
Past 3PM, Weekends, or Major Holidays: Order will be processed on the following Business Day.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. We ship from the U.S., so delivery is quick for most areas.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not yet — we’re working on it! Right now, we only offer standard shipping, but it’s quick and always trackable.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on the item size and destination.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email. If you didn’t receive one, check your spam or reach out to us.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re keeping it simple (for now) to ensure quick, reliable delivery.
Are there any delays I should know about?
We work hard to ship fast — but during holidays, major sales, or severe weather, handling or carrier delays may occasionally occur. We’ll always keep you in the loop if anything changes with your order.
Returns made simple
What’s your return policy?
You’ve got 30 days to return most items — no hassles, no drama. As long as it’s unused and in the original packaging, we’ll take it back.
Are there any return fees or restocking charges?
If the item’s been opened or used, or if it’s returned after the 30-day window, we may deduct a 20% restocking fee from your refund.
How do I start a return?
You can start a return anytime through our Returns Portal here. Just enter your order info and follow the prompts — quick, easy, and no email chains needed.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a mistake on our end or a product defect, we’ll cover return shipping. For all other returns (like if you changed your mind), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
We stand by what we sell. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll take care of it — just let us know within 90 days of purchase.
What if it’s been more than 90 days and something goes wrong?
After 90 days, most products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll help guide you if you need to get in touch with them.
Do you accept returns on misused or damaged items?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on products that have been misused, accidentally damaged, or aren’t in resellable condition.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds usually process within 3–5 business days. Timing may vary depending on your payment method.

Nope. You can check out as a guest anytime. But if you create an account, you’ll be able to track orders, view your history, and check out faster next time.

Are your products new or used?
Everything on our website is brand new and in original packaging. We don’t sell used or refurbished items — only new, retail-ready gear.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes — we regularly restock popular items. If something’s currently out of stock, chances are it’s on the way back. Want a heads-up? Subscribe to our newsletter and we’ll keep you in the loop.
Can I request a specific product or brand?
Absolutely. If there’s something you’d love to see us carry, let us know — your input helps us stock smarter.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Most items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you ever run into an issue, we’ll help you figure out the next steps.
Do you include manuals or instructions?
That depends on the item and the brand. Some products include manuals in the box, and others may have digital versions available. If you need help locating one, contact us and we’ll do our best to track it down.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes — we collect sales tax where required by law. It’s automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it. Reach out as soon as possible via the Help Center. Once it’s out the door, our return policy will apply.
