Kwazzy Sells was built on one clear mission: provide genuinely helpful, transparent customer service alongside the kind of products I’d trust on the job, or at my own workbench.
After time in parts departments and service bays (and more than a few frustrating experiences with customer-unfriendly distributors), I saw firsthand how a bad supplier can bottleneck a whole business.
That just never sat right with me. I decided to do things the way I wish other suppliers would: carry quality tools and electronics, ship fast, and always give support that actually solves problems, not runs you in circles.
Whether you’re a shop owner, a business manager, or just a fellow nerd, my goal is simple: help you keep moving and help us both grow stronger.

Why I started this, and why I pick up the phone.
Hey, I’m Alex, and if you’re reading this, you’re dealing with a real person.
My journey started in a mechanic shop, getting hands-on in the parts department, on the wrench, and advising customers.
Electronics? That’s my other world. I’ve been gaming since I was a kid and love building PCs more than I should probably admit.
Kwazzy Sells came from seeing what not to do (I won’t name names, but if you’ve ever had a company brush you off or drag its feet on broken products, you can guess where the idea came from). I’m sick of outsourced “support,” agents, and endless phone prompts. I want real answers, real products, and someone ready to listen when you need help.
That’s the promise here. And if you’re wondering about the name, it’s just my middle school nickname, because my last name’s tough to say!
